Ceramic Fiber blankets

All blankets are made from long refractory fibers, needled mat without binder. These refractory blankets are available in roll form in a wide variety of densities and thicknesses. They have excellent strength before and after heating with excellent insulation performance. All blankets have good chemical resistance unaffected by all chemicals except hydrofluoric acids and strong alkali

As these blankets have excellent thermal stability and low heat storage, they have good demand in high thermal range insulation purpose. Blankets are zirconoca stabilized and are suitable up to 1260^oC and 1425^oC.

They are mostly used in Furnace & kiln linings, Boiler insulations, Reformer & heater lining, Coke oven, Duct and Pipe linings and in steam and gas turbines insulation.

Ceramic Fiber board

Ceramic Fiber Boards are made from super spun refractory fibers by multi component organic/inorganic bonding process with the help of vacuum technology. Ceramic fiber boards are self supporting with excellent stability at high temperatures, having high resistance to thermal shock and chemical attack. These boards can be sawed, drilled or machined, wherever required and got good mechanical strength even after heating. These boards are manufactured without any traces of asbestos.

This product is most suited in hot face lining of ceramic fiber kiln, Insulation for kiln car, Furnace door insulation, Duct insulation, General thermal barrier and High temperature insulation.

Ceramic Modules

Anchored ceramic modules are made from folds of ceramic fibre. The module is held in compression by removable strapping. Each module has an integral anchoring system . Fixing of the module to metals shell is achieved by welding specially designed studs. Modules are ideal for full thickness lining for new furnaces as well as conversion into fibre lining in case of old furnaces. They enhance the furnace life and performance.

Modules improve the thermal efficiency of old brick linings with minimum downtimes for repairs.

Sizes, dimensions and anchoring can also be customized as per the requirement.

Ceramic Fiber Ropes

Ceramic twisted Rope is a three-ply rope manufactured from long fibre yarn. It contains 15 - 20% organic carrier fibre to facilitate the carding process which burn off at a lower temperature. It is dense, resilient high temperature refractory, possessing excellent thermal properties, chemical stability and high mechanical strength.

Ceramic braided rope is also available with SS304/SS310 braiding and Fiber glass braiding.

These ropes are useful in insulation of doors of furnace and boiler. Also applicable in cable and pipe wrapping. Also used in gasketing and packing in Foundries, Refineries, Power plant and Steel plant.

Ceramic Paper

Ceramic Fiber Paper is manufactured from high temperature ceramic fibre product. It is made up of high purity alumina-silicate fiber. It adds this paper an extra ordinary pliability. If wet by water, steam or oil, its thermal and physical properties restores after drying. Ceramic paper is used in various types of refractory and sealing applications.

It is available with variety of thicknesses.
