Resin Bonded Fiberglass Wool-Roll

Resin Bonded Fiber Glass Wool is made from pure silica sand. This compressible insulation material consisting of fine, long, inorganic glass fibers bonded together by a high temperature resin binder. Glass wool is available in rolls in various densities and thicknesses and with a wide range of factory applied facings which include reinforced aluminium foil, fiberglass tissue, black glass tissue and a wide range of imported premium facings.

These rolls have excellent acoustics absorption characteristics.

These are available in the form of rolls of 16 to 48 Kg/M³ in thickness of 25mm or 50mm. The roll size may vary but is generally 1.2m width x 10m to 30m length. It is also available in higher densities of 64 Kg/M³. These rolls are mostly used in buildings with external insulation of walls and flat roofs, glass wool regulates the thermal inertia of the building.

Resin Bonded Fiberglass Wool-Boards

Fiberglass Rigid Board/Slabs is an insulating material manufactured from resin bonded inorganic glass fibers using a binder. These are available in the form of rigid boards of slab size 1.2M x 0.6M with different thicknesses like 12mm to 75 mm. Various other sizes & thickness along with different types of facing can be made available as per the specific requirement.

Fiberglass Rigid board can be used in various under deck insulation applications, wall panelling and filling dry wall partition cavities.

Glass wool is stable under varying conditions of temperature and humidity when applied correctly. Excellent tear strength and not prone to sagging or settling. Rigid slabs have inherently high compression resistance.

Loose Glass wool

We are offering premium quality Loose Glass Wool which is produced from pure Silica sand. The Loose form of Glass Wool is material of choice for most insulation applications because of its ease of handling and application patterns. Loose Glass Wool can be used for insulating cavity of irregular dimension in equipments, tank, pipeline, oven etc. This product is moisture resistant. The density of wool to be used depends on the thermal conductivity required.

Fiberglass cloth is woven from glass fiber textures yarn upon shuttle looms. It is used as heat insulating material and an excellent substitute for asbestos cloth. It is widely applied as insulation of soft or hard tubes, thermal insulation, electrical insulation, sound insulation, reinforcement of various materials, Moreover, it is extensively used for making FRP tanks and vessels.

Fiber glass Tissue is a lightweight, advanced, non-woven fiberglass veil incorporating 100% E-Glass fibers, bonded together in a random fiber matrix. Fiberglass Tissue paper can be used to provide a smooth covering for composite structures or to add stiffness with minimal weight gain and thickness. These are available in two colours: White and Black.
